The Roquefort cheese was a true delight in my cheese journey (previous post on cheese). I did not think I would like it, actually. But I was pleased with its soft texture and complex flavor. It was served with a hearty whole grain bread and some other cheeses (And, I was sipping a piña colada, which I don’t think fits the bill but was good nevertheless!). I am glad to add Roquefort to my list of cheeses.
