London: Concert at Trafalgar Square

Our first evening in London, we attended a strings and flute concert, Haydn London Symphonies by Candlelight. The chapel at St. Martin-in-the-Fields was one of my favorite places in London. It was made even more stunning by the east window — this modern image of the cross provided such a beautiful backdrop and contrast to the traditional style of this church building completed in 1726. The concert was really nice, and I loved Mozart’s “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik” the best!
