Are cookies the new cupcake?
Perhaps. I gave this Minty Thins recipe a try today (recipe is gluten free and vegan, but I opted for gluten-free only). Wow. Fabulous. This dessert was an Oscar-winning combination!
Pre-chocolate dipped naked cookies (tasty as well)
Dipped in chocolate
Served with ice cream
Yummy!!! I can indulge in this cookie because I’m not going to be eating it. Lent you know and I[m avoiding sweets…except to look at! ;0)
